What this app offers
Affirmism is an iPhone mindfulness app from Soulful Healing LLC. You record affirmations in your own voice and play them over binaural and isochronic beats, or listen to guided meditations and playlists for mornings, calm, confidence and sleep. The provider says it is a mindfulness practice, not medical care.
A reason to explore it
Use it to record a short affirmation in your own voice and play it with a beat, or start from a guided session for calm, confidence or sleep.
Keep in mind
The provider says this is a mindfulness practice, not medical care, therapy or crisis help. The terms say not to use it while driving, and that people with a seizure history should consult a clinician before using binaural beats. A free trial is not ongoing free access. The checked listing is iPhone only.
Price and free access
On 28 October 2026 the US App Store listed Affirmism Annual at USD 69.99 a year after a 14-day free trial and Affirmism Monthly at USD 14.99 a month after a 7-day free trial. The listing says a subscription is required. The terms state the same amounts and trial lengths and say the price shown in the app may vary by country. These are US store quotes, not a price for every country.

Privacy and your data
The privacy policy updated 28 August 2026 says voice recordings, written affirmations, photos and session history stay on the device and are not uploaded by the app. If you add a name and email, those and your subscription status may be sent to Kit for email, and Apple subscription identifiers may be stored on a Soulful Healing LLC server. The US store privacy label lists name, email and purchase history as data linked to you for developer advertising or marketing. A 3 September 2026 store note says you can export a recording with AirDrop or Files. These are provider statements, not an independent audit.
This is a source summary. Data flows, deletion and third-party access have not been independently audited.
What happens in a crisis?
The terms updated 1 August 2026 say Affirmism is not equipped for crisis intervention or emergency services and tell readers to contact emergency services (911) or a crisis helpline. That notice is a disclaimer, not an in-app crisis response, and 911 is a US number.
